Delivery
We offer different delivery methods: green and by bike (limited areas) or via BPost (all of Belgium).
Green and bicycle delivery is now available to :
- the 19 municipalities of Brussels,
- Antwerp, for postal codes 2000, 2018, 2020, 2060, 2140, 2100, 2600,
- Ghent, for postcodes 9000, 9040, 9050, 9030, 9032 (outside port area),
We are continuously looking for ethical and sustainable logistics partners to deliver our products beyond the current delivery areas.
Yes, as an alternative to home delivery, we offer you the possibility to collect your order directly from our workshop (Rue du chimiste 34, 1070 Anderlecht). You can select this option when you pay for your order.
You can collect your products from Tuesday to Thursday, between 3pm and 7pm. When your products are made, we will contact you to confirm the date of your visit.
Delivery rates vary according to the number and type of products and the delivery address.
The exact price will be calculated in your shopping cart based on the information provided.
We encourage you to choose green and bicycle delivery, if available. You will be supporting ethical cooperatives in the transport sector.
Our bicycle delivery partner delivers your parcels:
- on Wednesdays between 4 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. in the municipalities of Brussels West-South (postal codes: 1020-1070-1080-1081-1082-1083-1090-1180-1190),
- on Fridays between 4 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. in the municipalities of Brussels East-North (postal codes: 1000-1030-1040-1050-1060-1140-1150-1160-1170-1200-1210).
- Friday between 9 am and 3 pm in Ghent or Antwerp.
Don't worry, we will confirm the date and time of delivery once your order is finalised. If you have chosen BPost delivery, you will be able to track your package online.
We produce the products to order. The exact delivery time depends on the quantity, the type of product and the delivery method chosen.
In all cases, we will contact you once your order has been produced and specify the delivery.
Large products (e.g. furniture, lighting) cannot currently be delivered. Therefore, only this option is indicated to you at check-out. We will invite you to collect your order from our workshop once the manufacturing process is complete. Don't worry, the products will be protected for transport.
Ordering and payment
As soon as your order is confirmed, we get to work and start production. The production is done by hand and uses techniques that combine modernity and tradition. Each part of the final product is carefully and precisely worked. Once the product has been finished, we prepare the packaging with reusable cardboard boxes and deliver your package to our bicycle delivery partner. The next day, after going door to door in the city, the delivery cyclist will deliver your package to your home.
If you notice any damage to the package upon receipt, please contact us immediately via our contact form.
Orders are placed via the payment platform on our website. This platform allows you to pay either with a Visa, American Express or Mastercard credit card; or with Bancontact.
Products
We mainly use wood and biodegradable or recycled plastic to manufacture our products. Learn more about the raw materials used and our manufacturing techniques on our Manufacturing page.
Our product catalogue is constantly evolving, so there are several reasons why a product may be 'unavailable'. Either it is a brand new product that is about to be launched and will soon be on sale. Or it could be that we lack a raw material to manufacture the product.
